I don't think that on the basis of class 12th only you will get admission in PG. You need to have an undergraduate degree too.

Hi Laxman,
Since you already got work experience, you can go ahead with the Executive MBA degree (1 year). And you may also opt for the regular full-time MBA degree, if you got time for that.
