You can choose whichever field you want. You will be given time to get acquainted with all the streams and then you'll be asked to choose your field based on your preference. Although since you have the sales background, marketing makes more sense though not necessarily.

Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies is a distance/correspondence course of 2 years duration. Language of instruction is English.

You need not to give ICET exam but you must have either completed your graduation with 3 years of working experience or diploma with five years of working experience.
