The IIFT 2024 application form was released on October 27, 2023. The last date for application for IIFT MBA 2024-25 has been extended from December 6, 2023 to December 16, 2024. It is to be noted that only online applications are accepted. Application forms are to be filled by candidates by creating a login ID at the institute website.For NRI candidates the application dates are January 15 to March 15, 2024. The names of shortlisted candidates for the second round of admission will come up on the official website of IIFT in the last week of January 2024.

The IIFT entrance exam is conducted in about 63 cities across India. Candidates can select up to four cities in the application for test centre allotment. The IIFT test centre will be allotted to every candidate in the first city of preference. No, there is no discount in IIFT application fees for OBC candidates. Only SC/ST/PwD candidates can avail discount on IIFT application fee. As per the latest notification, the IIFT entrance exam application fee for OBC candidates is INR 2,500, same as that for General category candidates. The fee amount that the SC/ST/PwD candidates have to pay is INR 1,250. Every candidate has to pay the fee at the time of application form submission and in online mode only. In case you have made an error in the IIFT application form, you can rectify it when the form correction window opens (after the form submission process). However, only a few sections of the IIFT application form can be rectified during the form correction process such as image and signature. Thus, candidates must fill the IIFT entrance exam forms correctly in the first attempt only and make sure to review every field before hitting the submit button. No, there is no age bar on appearing in IIFT entrance exam. Any candidate with a bachelor's degree from a recognised university having scored a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate can appear for IIFT entrance exam. The minimum score criteria for SC/ST/PwD candidates is 45 per cent aggregate. Final year graduation students can also appear in the exam. The exam is for MBA degree so a fresh graduate as well as a working professionals of junior, middle or senior levels can also appear for the exam. The IIFT entrance exam will not be conducted this year, for admission to the batch of 2025-27. The selection of candidates will be be based on CAT 2024 scores. Till 2022, the National Testing Agency (NTA) used to conduct the entrance exam on behalf of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) Delhi.
