I don't think so that there will be a separate cut off of IIFT Delhi as well as Kolkata for Chartered accountants especially. Cutoff for General category students is most likely to be in the range of 35-40 marks. The corresponding figures for NC/OBC and SC/ST/PWD should be around 30-34 and 25-28 marks respectively.

IIFT is among the top 10 B-School in India in terms of placements. 2016 batch average salary was INR 18.24 lacs per annum. Also, be informed that, it is the same as in IIFT Delhi. Technically, the placement doesn't happen at IIFT Delhi or Kolkata. Even the placement report you see, includes all the IIFT students of both Delhi and Kolkata.

You can apply for the online GK course at Handa Ka Funda. The course is tailored according to the requirement of MBA entrance exams. This really helped me when I appeared for IIFT.

It is both section-wise as well as aggregate. You need to clear the cut-offs of all the sections as well the overall cut-off to get a call from IIFT. Cut-off for 2018:
Overall for general category- 48.5
Section wise:
Verbal Ability- 3.35
Reading Comprehension- 2.69
Quantitative Aptitude- 3.01
Logical Reasoning- 5.67
DI- 0.25
General Awareness- 0.82.
