IIFT

The IIFT entrance exam is similar to CAT but with an additional GK section and varied difficulty level. It seems reasonable to attempt it as well while preparing for CAT as it is the only way to get into this reputed college.

Updating GK is an important thing you need to take care. A large number of students fail in this. If you could read newspapers daily and note down important updates it will be helpful. Also, a lot of updated GK questions and answers are available on different sites.

The batch size is around 170 for IIFT Delhi campus .

The cutoff changes every year depending on the paper level.
The hostel fee is approximately INR 50,000 for 1 year.
You can choose your specialization in the second year depending on your career choice. All options have a good future.

The issue of exam date clash for IIFT 2017 entrance exam for MBA (IB) 2018-20 and CAT 2017 has been resolved. Indian Institute of Foreign Trade has changed the IIFT 2017 entrance exam date to Sunday December 3 from earlier November 26.
