IIFT-Delhi is a better option over IIFT-Kolkata because of the academic environment, faculty and better placement record. It is the mother B-School for IIFT-Kolkata. IIFT has a wider alumni network which will help in getting better summer and job placement and also growth after MBA.

For MBA from IIFT you have to give exam to be conducted on 3rd December'17. IIFT doesn't accept CAT score. So prepare for IIFT exam.

You may prefer CAT over IIFT as it has more seats and wider choices.

Sorry to say that you can't get admission in IIFT because of just a difference of 0.44%. They do consider this gap and hence will reject you.
