The IIFT selection criteria for 2024 includes :1. Writing Skill Assessment (WSA)2. Group Discussion (GD) and3. Personal Interview (PI)These tests are conducted in March-April after the IIFT entrance exam result is announced. Candidates who clear the IIFT entrance test are shortlisted for the Writing Skill Assessment, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview, conducted in several cities. The shortlisted candidates' list is prepared on the basis of cut off marks and the final selection depends upon the candidate's overall performance in all of the rounds. Eligibility criteria is as follows: 1. A bachelor's degree from a recognised university.2. Minimum 50% marks in the last qualifying examination.3. 45% for reserved category.

IIFT, which is one of the top business schools, has announced a significant change in its MBA admission criteria for 2024. The authorities have released that the IIFT Exam 2024 has been cancelled and now MBA admissions will be based on the CAT 2023 Entrance Exam. The registration period for CAT 2023 starts on August 2, 2023, and will end on September 25, 2023. The CAT exam for the year 2023 will be on November 26, 2023.For those who were expecting the IIFT official notification after applying for CAT 2023, it is important to note the fact that they can now seek admission using their CAT 2023 scores. It is worth mentioning that IIFT has discontinued the practice of conducting MBA admissions through its entrance exam.
