No, students who want to get admission to various undergraduate and other courses at IIHM Kolkata need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria decided by the International Institute of Hotel Management and will have to appear for the IIHM eCHAT exam. Candidates willing to get admission to various undergraduate courses must apply online at IIHM Kolkata. For the application form, the candidates must pay an application form fee of INR 600. The competition is very high, hence prior preparation is necessary.

The modes of IIHM Kolkata course admissions are online and offline. Admission to various undergraduate courses is based on entrance exam scores and merit. At the undergraduate level, the International Institute of Hotel Management offers B.A. And several other courses to students. The college accepts the IIHM eCHAT exam score and not the NCHMCT JEE score.

IHM is a government institution whereas IIHM is a private one. (2) IHM offers a 3 years degree and also a PG level course. IIHM offers only degree level programme.
