The syllabus for the IIHMR-U MAT exam remains the same every year and the university does not change it frequently. In fact, there have been no changes in the syllabus or exam pattern in the past few exam sessions. However, if there are any changes made to the syllabus or pattern, the university notifies the candidates along with the release of the information brochure. The IIHMR-U MAT exam is divided into five sections, namely Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, and General Awareness. Each of these sections carries equal weightage for the number of questions and marks. That is, each section has a total of 30 questions and each question carries one mark. Therefore, the total marks for the IIHMR-U MAT exam is 150, with 30 marks for each section. It is important to note that all three sections are equally important and require equal attention during the exam preparation.
