Depends on the branches you are getting in each of them and which branch you want.To get better guidance you can specify your rank and other details so I can guide you accordingly but in general I can say this that all are good options but among them for CSE/IT branch ISM Dhanbad and IIITA will be better options considering the placement and the reputation.

A new hostel has been made and allotted to the coming batches so cleanliness and infrastructure is certainly nothing to worry about. There are no major problems as such right now.

Yes the campus infrastructure and faculty is great and IIITA has one of the best placements overall. Exact placement statistics are not made public but it is surely at par or rather better than most of the NITs. The coding environment and IT culture is great.

Software engineering Mtech is the most renowned among the Mtech branches and therefore 1 of the best options.
It is available on the JOSAA matrix as
Information Technology and M.Tech (Information Technology) Spl. Software Engineering (5 Years, Bachelor and Master of Technology (Dual Degree))
with academic program code 5273.

Maybe yes, it is a very good option in case you get it. Till last year the SC PwD had been somewhere around 4000- 4500 by the last round. But trends change and hope for the best.

I will recommend that you go for B.Tech instead of dual degree. You are advised to do MBA from a prestigious B School for a good career.

Riya82381, It depends on the rank you secure. Generally, the 4-year courses close at around 100000 for SC category and 5-year integrated courses at around 110000. With this much score , it's hard to secure this much rank , but I can't say anything with certainty. Hope for the best :)

Both are really good. But since in IIITA there is no CSE branch, the IT there is considered equivalent to CSE only by most companies and also IIIT specialises in IT only , IIIT seems a better option. Again that is subjective and many other factors can be compared.Being a student of IIITA that is what i think. IIITA has one of the best placements overall. Exact placement statistics are not made public but it is surely at par or rather better than most of the NITs. The coding environment and IT culture is great.
