Riya82381, It depends on the rank you secure. Generally, the 4-year courses close at around 100000 for SC category and 5-year integrated courses at around 110000. With this much score , it's hard to secure this much rank , but I can't say anything with certainty. Hope for the best :)

Both are really good. But since in IIITA there is no CSE branch, the IT there is considered equivalent to CSE only by most companies and also IIIT specialises in IT only , IIIT seems a better option. Again that is subjective and many other factors can be compared.Being a student of IIITA that is what i think. IIITA has one of the best placements overall. Exact placement statistics are not made public but it is surely at par or rather better than most of the NITs. The coding environment and IT culture is great.

The cutoff for IIITA is usually around 15k(including integrated courses) for general category and 30k for OBC and so on.This is the JEE Mains rank that is being considered.

Depends on your interest in the aforementioned fields and the institute options you have. CSE/IT is certainly a good option since you have a good rank and will surely be able to secure a seat in one of the good institutes. Fill in your preferences wisely and you shall surely be able to get a good institute as well as course.

Depends on the category. For general cutoff is around 15k, OBC 30k and for SC/ST it goes to around 1 lakh. Rank depends on a lot of factors in this case

Madhur89988, There is no minimum CGPA criteria. It depends on the number of students applying for branch changing.
Out of all, top 4-5 students are selected generally, but this also depends upon the number of seats vacant in IT branch.
