To be eligible for the Indian Institute of Information Technology Dharwad’s BTech programme, a candidate needs to have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 75 per cent aggregate. However, those who are under the top 20 percentile of their board are also eligible to apply.

The total tuition fee of the BTech programme at IIT Dharwad for the BTech programme is INR 8 lakh.
