For its B.Tech class in 2022, the college had a 100% placement rate; the top package was 53 LPA, while the average package was 17 LPA. Prominent corporations such as Amazon, CoverStack, and YugaByte hire personnel from IIIT Pune. More than 50% of students at IIIT Pune secure internships when employers visit the campus, making placement possibilities there equivalent to those at other top IIITs and NITs.
