The mode of IIIT Sri City admission is online. Admission to various courses is based on merit and entrance exam scores. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main,  DASA UG, and others. The basic eligibility criteria to apply for admission to BTech  courses offered at IIIT Sri City is Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject as compulsory subjects.
