IIIT Surat offers BTech programme across two specialisations:Computer Science EngineeringElectronics & Communication EngineeringCandidates seeking admission to any of the aforementioned BTech specialisation must have a valid JEE-Main based on which the candidates will be selected for counselling process followed by document verification and fee payment.

No, MTech in Chemical Engineering (Structural Engineering) is not offered at IIIT Surat.
