With a Common Rank List (CRL) rank of 460000 in JEE Main and belonging to the SC category, it may be difficult to get admission to the top NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. However, you may have a chance of getting admission to some of the NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs located in your home state or neighboring states. It's recommended that you check the cutoffs for the current year and the eligibility criteria of the specific college you're interested in before applying for admission. Additionally, some states have their own state-level engineering entrance exams that may provide admission to state engineering colleges. You may consider appearing for s

Based on your JEE Mains percentile and rank, it is possible to get admission into a good NIT or IIIT college for ECE. However, the exact college and branch that you may get into will depend on several factors such as the number of seats available, the category you belong to, your preferences, and the cutoffs for each college and branch. You can use the JEE Mains college predictor tool to get an idea of the colleges and branches that you may get based on your rank and category. Hi there! Just wanted to let you know that if you're looking to get into IIITs, JEE Advanced is the way to go. It's the entrance exam for Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), which are renowned as some of the best engineering institutes in India. On the other hand, JEE Main is for admission to National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs), and other engineering colleges in India. While both exams can get you into IIITs, JEE Advanced is considered more prestigious and competitive because of its association with the IITs.
