In a similar vein, biotechnology and computer science engineering (CSE) are two separate courses with unique career possibilities and opportunities. you should take into account a number of characteristics, including the curriculum, faculty, research possibilities, industry partnerships, placement statistics, campus life, and the institution's general reputation, in order to make an educated choice. No, it doesn't affect the placements in M.Tech because of B.Tech from the tier 2,3 colleges however because to get into the top colleges if you have qualify the GATE with high numbers and get into the IITs then you don't have to worried about percentage of B.Tech because now the IITs will take care of you. It is not possible to determine whether you will get admission in NIR, IIIT, or GFITS based on your JEE Main percentile alone. Admission to these institutes is also dependent on various other factors such as your academic performance, category, availability of seats, etc. Therefore, you need to check the respective institutes cutoffs and admission criteria to SEE if you meet the eligibility requirements for admission.

Based on your percentile, you can apply for the counseling process conducted by JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) for admission to NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs. You can also apply for state-level counseling conducted by respective state authorities for admission to state-level engine

In general, it is difficult to get admission in NITs and IIITs with AJEE Main percentile of 77, especially for popular branches such as Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering. Therefore, candidates who have scored 77 percentile in JEE Main should apply to NITs and IIITs, along with other institutes that accept JEE Main scores. They can also explore other options such as state government engineering colleges, p
