The JEE Main Cutoff 2022 was released recently, and usually this cutoff is of two types: the qualifying cutoff and the admission cutoff. The admission cutoff for JEE Main will be the opening and closing ranks for each institute and will be released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority, which also takes into consideration your category. Now, according to the information provided by you, your estimated JEE Main Rank is around AIR 988000 (PWD) and you might have a chance to get admission into a select IIIT or NIT like the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Agartala. Dear Candidate, Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) are a group of 25 interdisciplinary technology-based engineering research institutions focused on information technology. Admission to the four-year B.Tech. Programme is granted by the Central Seat Allocation Board 2021 based on JEE Main merit. Earlier, there used to be a compulsory 75% in the 12th criteria, which was temporarily removed for admission to IIIT for the years 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID pandemic situation. As of now, the criteria is still relaxed for the current session; however, it might get restored in the future. I hope this helps.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. According to recent year rank: NIT GOA AND NIT ARUNACHAL PRADESH closing rank is near to your rank so checkout for this college. Your score is good but According to your rank, it is unlikely for you to get computer Science in any NIT or IIIT even the lower ones. Generally the closing gen category rank for CSE in all institutions is around under 20,000. Although you may get other branches such as Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, etc. In good private universities. You can also explore private colleges accepting JEE Mains score if you wish to pursue Computer Science only. Hope it helps.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Hope you are doing great
Congratulation on getting such a good rank in JEE Mains. Considering you are from general category you can get:
NIT PATNA
NIT SILCHAR
NIT AGARTALA
NIT DURGAPUR
NIT RAIPUR
NIT UTRAKHAND
Whether you will get a seat or not will depend on the competition of that year and the cutoff trends. You may apply for the counseling and wait till the spot round admission. Hope it helps. If you found it useful then upvote or thumbs up my answer. Good luck.
