NITs and IIITs are difficult to get. Please tell about category and home state you belongs for better response. However the following can be the good options.
1. Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal (ECE)
2. National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology Aurangabad (B.Tech. In Electronics System Engineering). .

Top and the oldest like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal etc. Are best. It should be your first priority, but in place of New NITs, IIITs like Allahabad, are good.
