The following criteria must be fulfilled in order for candidates to be admitted to JIPMER's MBBS program. Not only do your board exam results matter, but also your JEE Main and JEE Advanced scores determine your eligibility for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. To be eligible, you must, however, have received at least a 75% (65% for SC/ST applicants) in your 12th board test, or rank in the top 20 percentile of your local board. Your WBCHSE score of 280 out of 500, or 56%, would not meet this requirement.
