Firstly, congratulations for getting a good percentile in Mains you can get any medium or low NIT respective of your marks. You can get NIT of your hometown, or Eastern side NIT or NIT Jammu NIT Kurukshetra etc.

Hi,
you got an unreasonable score in JEE Mains. But, there are very fewer chances to get good IIIT. If you need to get a good IIIT then and you must have to score above 98 percentile in Mains. I will suggest you focus on April Mains examination and score more marks.

Your rank will be in between 40 - 50 K. You may get dual degree or smart manufacturing branch. You may get lower branches in SASTRA. I would suggest you to go for upcoming JEE Mains exam and try to improve your percentile.

As you have scored well there are chances of you getting seat in NIT but I think IIIT might be difficult but still you can apply as you might get seat in other streams.
