For general category admission in IIIT-Delhi, a very good JEE Main score is required. In general, a score of 200+ (90+ percentile) will increase chances of getting a popular branch, such as CSE. Cut-offs change every year according to competition and branch. Also, for less competitive streams, the score range of 170-200 can work. Keep an eye on the cut-off updates that are announced officially by IIIT-Delhi.In addition, IIIT-Delhi will consider a combination of JEE Main rank and bonus marks (if applicable). For admission, students should score well in math and logical sections.

Dear Neha, To pursue a B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence at premier Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), admission is primarily based on your performance in the JEE Main examination. While Class 12th marks are crucial, they serve as a qualifying criterion rather than the sole basis for admission.Eligibility Criteria:Academic Requirements: You should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Specific percentage requirements vary by institute. For instance, IIIT-Delhi requires a minimum of 70% in aggregate and 70% in Mathematics.Entrance Examination: A valid JEE Main score is essential for admission in

The percentile you provided (95.39) can give an approximate All India Rank (AIR).So, your estimated AIR would be around 46,100. However, this is a rough estimate, as the actual rank can vary based on the number of candidates and the difficulty level of the exam. The exact AIR will be available when JEE Mains results are released. With an estimated AIR of around 46,000, here are the possible options you could consider:NITs: You may have a chance in NITs like NIT Srinagar, NIT Raipur, NIT Patna, and NIT Jamshedpur for branches like Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.IIITs: You may have a chance at lower-demand branches like IT,

Hello! The number of students who can enroll in the M.Tech programme at RGUKT (IIIT Basara) can vary each year depending on factors like available faculty, infrastructure, and departmental resources. Generally, the intake for M.Tech programs is limited, and specific details regarding the number of seats available for various specializations like Computer Science, Electronics, and Civil Engineering are shared during the admission process.I recommend visiting the official website or contacting the admission office for the most up-to-date and accurate information about the number of seats available for M.Tech at RGUKT Basara.

Newer NITs and IIITs: Some newer NITs and IIITs may have higher cutoffs, potentially accommodating candidates with ranks up to 70,000. However, securing a seat in CSE or EE at these institutions with a 72,000 OBC rank is still uncertain.Private engineering colleges often have more flexible admission criteria. Institutions like Manipal University, VIT University, and LPU may offer CSE and EE programs with a 94 percentile, though it's essential to verify their specific admission requirements.

This gives a rank of 169470 in the General category, which is unlikely to give a seat in B.Tech Computer Science in any NIT or IIIT. The closing rank for IIITs usually is below 10,000 for Computer Science programs; some of the institutions are IIIT Gwalior, whose cutoff is at around 11,494. So, other engineering colleges or private institutions can be looked into that would accept higher ranks for admissions.

Possibly, admission may not be possible in some of the reputed NITs (National Institutes of Technology) or IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology), or might give admission very hardly to GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes) through three branches- Computer Science or Electronics branch under JEE Mains 2024, having a CRL rank of 482483 and ST category rank of 9561.Although, you still have a chance with some institutes, slightly lesser competitive branches. The details are given below: 1. NITs: So needless to say, admission into the top NITs (like NIT Trichy, etc.) is almost impossible with a rank like yours. The on
