No, you cannot get admission in any of the good NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. There are less chances for you to get admission in low rank NITs. It is better to go for private institutes, as you are eligible to take admission in some good institutes with this rank.

For any B school remember,placements will be as good as you are. Placement depend on your capability. Apart from the top B Schools in India, every other MBA Institute gives an average placement in every field. It's you that need to be exceptionally skilled to grab the best placement. Since you have done B. Com I would suggest you to go for Finance.and the scenario of placement can only be shared by current students of that Institute

You can get lower nits, new iiits, all gfti colleges at this rank. In nits you can try for NIT rourkela, NIT Srinagar, eastern side nits, NIT kurukshetra, NIT hamirpur.

IIIT-Bhubaneswar is okay, and it is a partial state government funded college. I don't have much idea about ECE branch of IIIT Bhubaneswar, but college is okay.

You may not get NIT, but you may get a seat in IIITS.

New IIITS are not better than Thapar University, as Thapar University's placement is very good and many good companies come for placement, also it is older than new IIITS. It has it's own campus as most of new IIITS don't have it's own campus.

Without any doubt, thapar university is lot better than new iiits.

Based on last year's ranking cut-offs, there is a good chance of someone with your rank making it to BIT Mesra.
