Yes, you can apply for IIIT, Kottayam with this rank and you should definitely apply for it. Also, you can apply in any NIT with rank as there are chances of you getting seat in the same.

Mentioning all the college is not possible in which you can get admission, but yes you can get into almost all the college leaving the top 5 colleges for the core branches and in almost all the colleges you can get admission in that.
