Hello Akash Kumar, You have received 90 percentile in your JEE Mains which occurred in the month of January. With this percentile, I feel you should get admission in either of the three institutions that you have mentioned. The admissions in NIT"s as well as in IIIT's are based on ranking in JEE Mains examination. NTA will be announcing this in the month of May after completion of second phase of this exam in April. For getting admission in IIT's, the students have to clear one more exam called JEE Advanced. The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Mains attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for IIIT, Delhi or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.
