I'll suggest you to opt for the Nuzvid as it has tie-ups with many big and small companies that will give students a greater experience and practical knowledge of respective branches.

Yes, definitely, you should wait for the next round (if you don't want this college). You will get better than this college or you will be allotted this college again. Otherwise, get admission into this college.

I think, both the colleges are good. But Thaper university is much better than IIIT, Sonepat. However, it is private university but placement record is good here and campus is also very good.

Course change after the first year is completely dependent on the college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in the first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.
