First clear it what is CRL, And if u have scored very good rank you can easily think of getting IITs, IIITs and NITs. Before hand research about college faculty and placement record, campus infrastructure and other facilities available in college.

Cutoffs are originally decided based on the toughness of examination and the number of seat availables in NITS and IITS, and number of candidates applied. It is decided after registration of examination.

If your score is more than the cutoff, then you are eligible for all the colleges listed by JoSAA. But you will get into that college or not, it is totally dependent on counselling and rank. Generally, for getting IIIT, you should have a rank below 30000.

IIIT-H is always preferable because it is leader in the field of computer science and related field of education. It has a broad industry base and much better graduation outcomes than any other institution. So it is always preferable than any other college. IIIT-BBSR is also a very good college. It has a very good coding culture and gradually developing to compete with the top institutes. It gives quality education in the state of Odisha in the IT field.
Thank you.
Hope this helps.

The chances are high if you belong to Odisha state. If you are from All India, then from this year, it is tougher. It's hard to predict because the institute is added to JoSAA for the first time this year, which means there are high chances of high cutoff in All India quota. But the process is same for Odisha domiciled category. So it depends on the quota.
Hope for the best and apply for it.

It is very tough to say, unless you have some category, but still category won't ensure you a seat. The best thing to do, is to check Shiksha college predictor.
