Yes, you will definitely get admission into NIT/IIIT because admissions are given upto 25000 SC rank holders. So, no need to worry, choose your home state NIT.

No, never. You can try RTU colleges with those marks if you want Government colleges. Otherwise, you should go for private colleges.
