Dear Ankita,
Yes, IIIT is the best option. Students after IIT prefer IIITs and NITs. Its placement is good and fee structure in comparison to CET is less. Moreover, try to get admission in IIIT-Hyderabad as it is better than Bhubaneswar.

JEE Mains has more number of seats in government engineering colleges in comparison to number of seats earmarked for lateral entry admission in colleges by LEET. Therefore, I will recommend JEE Mains over LEET.

Hello Ankita,
With each passing year, performance of students is becoming better. In addition, last year's data is of no use since for ranking marks of class 12th are not going to be considered. IIIT's are current favorites amongst students. Hence, you need to score better to get admission in your desired college. I would say that you need to score more than 250 to get a chance.

Cutoffs are decided every year based on many factors that are dynamic in nature. Total number of students appeared in that subject, total number of seats available, etc. As per the trend, every year more students are appearing. The trend of getting marks is also considered while deciding cutoffs. It is expected that the cutoff would be around 25 this year for general category candidates.

As you are from Delhi 85% seats are reserved along with defense quota, if you manage to score good grades then there will be a possibility to get a seat.
