IIIT Sonepatl course admission is entirely entrance-based. However, before applying for the exam candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria as per the IIIT Sonepat admission guidelines. IIIT Sonepat placements for the Class of 2023 concluded with 78.79% placement rate. As per the placement report 2023, the participating recruiters placed 78 students of the BTech batch 2023 in new-age job roles. The highest and average package offered during IIIT Sonepat placements in 2023 was INR 52 LPA and INR 16.51 LPA, respectively. For 2022, cut off was 32825 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIIT Trichy - Indian Institute of Information Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota 48000 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
