A master's degree in relevant field with at least 55 % marks is required to be eligible for the doctoral programme of applied physics offered by IIIT Surat. For IT Branch you need a much higher Rank between OBC 2.2-2.7k.As far as IIITM Gwalior or IIIT Lucknow are concerned, you need to target OBC Rank anywhere around 5k, to secure a seat in CSE, IT or Other Courses at the Two Institutes.Considering OBC Rank 3.5-5k as a Standard, you need to secure a CRL anywhere around 16-20k in JEE Main, a corresponding percentile between 98-98.5, or a Target score of 150-160+/300 to hold chances of securing a seat at one of the Above 3 Top IIITs as well as Other Top IIITs at Guwahati, Pune, Sonepat, Bhubaneshwar, Vadodara, Kota, Sri City and many others, incase you get a lower percentile anywhere around

Congrats on scoring 85 percentile! Yes, it is possible for you to get a seat in an NIT/IIIT near Tamil Nadu since you will have OBC reservation and female reservation as well. You can pursue BTech from these colleges. You should try for NIT Tiruchirappalli and Indian Institute of Information Technology Tiruchirapalli.
