Yes, IILMGSM offers Dual specialisation. The PGDM Programme was launched in 1993. It is a two-year full-time programme. The mission of IILM GSM is the pursuit of education, scholarship, and research at the highest levels of excellence. It is also mandatory to go for three months summer internship after the completion of the first year. The various electives which the students can opt for are Finance, Operation, HR, IT, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Social Media Management. It mainly depends on the students for selecting their electives. The mission of the programme is an outstanding and exceptional learning experience, inspirational and creative teaching, and education resulting in an appropriate knowledge and skills, also in developing tomorrow's managers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs. The values of IILMGSM includes a commitment to sustainable development, promoting cross-cultural learning, having a human resource strategy, committed to employee development, encouraging creativity and innovation. Programme goals are the ability to acquire, analyze and understand data and information, be able to communicate and negotiate effectively, demonstrating emotional intelligence, leading to problem-solving and decision-making skills, an understanding of organizations, enabling adaptability to uncertainty.

IILM has almost completed 27 years in the PGDM program. The placement cell is networked with more than 400 companies.The placement cell assists students for preparing themselves for the placement process and has maintained an excellent placement record as well.And for students they would be successful.The main focus is on students for preparing them for achieving their career goals.
Placement in HR-It mainly depends on the type of HR Profile whether it is HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition,the salary package varies between 5 Lakh to 12 Lakh and above.In HR the maximum average package goes up to 10 Lakhs.
Placement in Finance-In Finance the top 50 percentile have received average package of 6.8 Lakhs. The variable components are directly revealed to students.Investment Banking and Ed tech are also the sectors for targeting.

Study Curriculum-In the course curriculum the Business Simulation and Case Studies are its core methods. Course Modules are generally inspired by Stanford graduate school of business, Wharton Business School, and IIM A.Program is delivered in 6 terms. The program is designed for the students in cognizance of their learning needs and capabilities and their professional involvement in the corporate workspace.
Placement Record-The institute has maintained an excellent placement record over the years. Every year more than 300 companies visit our institution for campus placements.
Placement Cell of IILM continues to work seamlessly throughout the year to connect with the companies (Business Houses, Mnc's, and International Groups)towards the final placements for the graduating batch.CDC Team of IILM Greater Noida connected with 200+ companies for the placements of 2018-20 Batch. Therefore from such efforts, 150+ companies agreed to engage with the final year students of the graduating batch highlighting the following -
1. 223 offers of final placements were received for the batch till 31st March 2020.
2. 53 students were offered 2 or more than 2 offers of final placement.
3. 8 international offers were received with the highest package at 19 lakh.
4. Average Package was 7.5 lakh.
5. Companies where the students had maximum number of domestic offers include IDFC First Bank, Phone Pe, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Bandhan Bank, Square Yards Ltd, Regalo Kitchen, Gong Cheng Communications LTD., Future Generali, Deloitte and Easy Diner Ltd.
