The hostel at IILM has a curfew timing of up to 10 PM for PG students and 9PM for UG Students. However in case the students need to stay outside the hostel premises post these hours they are allowed to do so with the approval of the concerned authorities and mentors that are assigned to them.

The name of the Marketing Club of IILM University, Gurugram is Marketing Insights. It is the common Society for BBA MBA and they are expanding rapidly to different courses. The process to get selected in society is through the Team Selection process which happens once in a year or after new batches commence. Marketing Insights organize Seminars, Workshops, Learning Events & Quizzes to cater all.

Admission in B.Tech course at IILM University, Gurugram requires an entrance exam scorecard followed by a Personal Interview (PI). Students can submit their JEE Score Card or can go through the Official Entrance Exam of IILM B.Tech programme which is scheduled to take place on 29th March, 2023.
