With respect to the placements for MBA, both the campuses have a slightly different placement scenario, both are equally competitive. Few of the placement opportunities that the campuses have are common, but the placements for the Gurgaon campus and Lodhi road campus are independently operated, both of them have their own placement cell and a placement committee that is committed to bringing the best companies to campus.

A minimum of 50% is required in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA/NMAT for admission in MBA programme at IILM, University Gurugram. An interview round happens before offer letter generation to student. The hostel at IILM has a curfew timing of up to 10 PM for PG students and 9PM for UG Students. However in case the students need to stay outside the hostel premises post these hours they are allowed to do so with the approval of the concerned authorities and mentors that are assigned to them.

The name of the Marketing Club of IILM University, Gurugram is Marketing Insights. It is the common Society for BBA MBA and they are expanding rapidly to different courses. The process to get selected in society is through the Team Selection process which happens once in a year or after new batches commence.
