The Personalized Mentoring System at IILM University is designed to support the personal, academic, and professional development of students. The roles and responsibilities of mentors include managing discipline and conduct, counseling students, ensuring personal and professional development, and mentoring second-year students with special attention on their preparation for placements. The mentoring process works at three levels: personal, academic, and professional development of the students. Mentors are expected to spend time with their mentees in order to enable them to understand themselves better and be better prepared for interviews, and keep in touch with placement managers to guide mentees effectively

From building a fitness routine and eating healthy to the management of stress and building on the happiness quotient, Reguven8 – The Health and Life Skills Club encourages active lifestyles by ensuring the physical and emotional well being amongst the community at large.The club also promotes good choices and avoids negative behaviours. Through dynamic sessions, highly participatory activities, field trips, life and health coaching, Rejuven8 helps students explore their own and societal attitudes and values as they build skills for self-discipline, self-­confidence, develop skills to handle life situations, eat right and get proper health care.
