The shorting and selection criteria for IIM Ahmedabad admission 2024 is divided into various stage. The first stage is Preliminary screening of candidates for the further admission process. CAT 2023 will be having three sections, Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC). The IIM Ahmedabad does not release the cutoff information for the Post Graduate Program in Management for Executives (MBA-PGPX) program.The cutoff is based on a different number of factors, including the GMAT/GRE score, work experience, academic record, and interview performance.

A score of around 90 percentile should definitely invoke a call provided academics are good (above 85% throughout). A background in agriculture/allied sector would give a slight advantage over other candidates provided one meets other requirements. However over the past few years there have been almost an equal strength of non-agri background students. Ideally if other conditions met, percentile should not fall below 85. Even if it fetches 80, there would be low chances of conversion, unless one is exceptionally good. So a percentile of 90 or above is a safe one.
