I would recommend you to consider Executive MBA as it supplements your rich experience and helps you place yourself in relevant management position post your 20 years of experience. You can look at EPGP (IIM B) or PGPX (IIM A) in case you are planning to do MBA in India. Moreover, you can also look at 6-month long courses offered by IIM A/B/C for retired army executives to introduce them to the business world.

IIM A does not offer BBA. You can pursue your Bachelors degree in the field you are interested in. Speaking about MBA/PGDM, as a fresher, you can either opt for PGDM from any of the IIMs or you can opt for MIM ( Masters in Management) from any college abroad, all are equally good provided you are not looking fro placements. Indian colleges provide placement to students, but such is not the case of foreign institutes. Please find the FT world ranking for MIM: http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-management-2016

Yes, you can. If not explicitly, then implicitly. It is all about demand and supply.

People with higher work experience usually opt for PGPX which is an executive MBA equivalent course offered by IIM-A. Usually, people doing PGPX have work experience of 5-7 years or more because of the minimum age criteria of 27 years in case of PGPX. People with 2-3 years of work ex usually do not meet this criteria and hence choose to join PGP IIM-A.

I would not be the right person to decide that. PGP admission office decides that. But just by my experience I would say that your 12th marks are not up to the mark for call. Still I would suggest you not to get demotivated and give your best in CAT and try for colleges like FMS.

Mainly sales and marketing has the hierarchy of Area sales manager, Regional Manager, Country Head, etc.
And in marketing, you can be a Brand Manager wherein you'll be responsible for P&L of a brand or a category.

Good acads is a very subjective categorization of your academics. Your acads might be good enough for other colleges, but not be good enough for IIM A/B/C. I know people who got shortlisted for B/L at 93 percentile/97 percentile also. Because, either they have exceptional acads or have relevant work experience or both. Hence don't get disheartened by not getting shortlist this year. Work your level best and try to get even a higher percentile next year and go for A/B/C/L.

Please refer selection criteria for all three colleges in their respective websites. Usually, it changes every year and has components of your past acads, work experience, CAT score and What/PI score.
