Your academic performance looks impressive and in my opinion you should get a GD/PI call from IIMA if you secure more than 99 percentile.

Although IIMs are government institute, most IIMs are self reliant and do no depend on government for funding. Hence to attract quality professors they need to charge higher fee. Also, never in the history of IIMs any student has dropped out because of financial reasons. There are several scholarships available for students in need.

I am not sure as you would be borderline case for all IIMs and other top colleges. And also as soon as results are out, shortlists are announced. Hence you should not worry about the interview calls. I would suggest you to focus on the CAT and do your best.

It should totally depend on you. IIMs or any other business school do not impose a condition on type of course. The only requirement is that you should have completed your bachelor's degree with minimum 60% marks.

Yes there are scholarships both at central and state levels. Moreover there are financial institutions to offer study loans .What one requires is hard work and get good job soon after degree and IIMs have the repo for the same. The loan can be easily paid back.

Dear Himanshu,
If you manages to score good somewhat around 99% in CAT and considering your past academics you will most probably get call from IIM-AHM.but for admission they will consider other things as well.such as your social activities , social life, skills, communications, etc.
All the very best
