Dear Sirya,
You get a very good percentage in your class tenth and 12th and hopefully you will also get good percentage in your graduation but to get IIM A or any old IIMs you should have a percentile more than 95 or 97. For sure admission it may be 99 percentile with good communication skills.

On completion of BCA by distance learning you are eligible for MBA like any other regular student. You may apply to any college of your choice and appear for their entrance exams.

You are eligible to appear for CAT in final year of BBA for admission in IIMs. It is a very competitive examination and you will require to put dedicated effort for CAT preparation to succeed.

In MBA one gets exposure to general management techniques & tools required to run a business effectively .Thus one who intents to pursue a job & grow up the organisational hierarchy pursue MBA post the UG course. having said this an MBA is not a substitute to work Experience & there are a lot of professional & successful managers who have not done MBA but still run & manage their business & teams in an excellent manner.
