Firstly any number can fall short for admission in IIMA. Candidates with 100 percentile can also get rejected for IIMA if their interview is not up to the standards. Rest, first focus on CAT, once you get the call for interview, you can plan accordingly by strengthening your weak areas and practising via mock interviews as much as possible. Consistency is the key in cracking CAT and interview both.

Yes, even after 2 years of the drop, we can get admission but during PI you have to justify it and show what skills you acquired in those two years. There are various scholarships offered.

It is ranked Number 1 in the world by EdUniversal and is one of the most reputed courses when it comes to Food and Agri-Business Management. Similar courses are offered at IRMA, IIM-Lucknow, Manage, XIMB etc. but you can compare all of them and FABM programme offered at IIMA is far more better than these courses. You should do your own research and take a call.

You should start 9 months before the exam, although this might vary from person to person. Consistency is the key. You must practice and learn each section daily from whenever you start till the date you appear for your CAT exam. Identify your weaker section and donate more time towards that particular section. On a minute level also focus on which topics you find difficult and take a call on how much time you want to spend on it depending on its weightage in the exam.
WAT or PI is not difficult but not preparing for the same can be fatal. Make sure that your preparation is up to the mark and you know everything about yourself. You wil

IIM Ahmedabad has 2 stages for shortlisting students:
Stage 1 : Students are shortlisted for WAT and PI round on the basis of a composite score which contains weight-age from students CAT score, Academic records and academic diversity.
Stage 2 : A final merit list is prepared on the basis of a final merit score which has a weightage from various parameters like CAT score, academic rating and performance in GD and PI round.

Please find the attached shortlisting criteria for the course.
https://www.iima.ac.in/c/document_library/get_file?uuid=3c0de5c2-5d78-4849-81ec-af4fd18863e3&groupId=187610&filename=Shortlisting Criteria for PGP 2020-22 batch
Now, technically it is fair to say that you are eligible, but some IIMs give more weightage to 10th and 12th. So, technically you are eligible. My suggestion would be to give your best efforts in CAT that should be the primary goal and leave the rest for afterwards once CAT gets over.
