It is good that you have made a decision on the MBA specialization and your past experience is definitely going to help you in you the course. Best college in India accepting GMAT is ISB (Indian School of Business) Hyderabad, but you have to check the eligibility criteria in their website or drop a mail to them for your query. Symbiosis University also offers a MBA in Healthcare. NITEE or SIOM for Operations or Industrial Management.
I would suggest that you to appear for CAT, as well if you want to increase your options in India as all IIMs definitely are a very good for the management courses. I am also a Mechanical engineer pursuing MBA in Marketing after 2 years of experience. And, trust me the working experience really helps in a better understanding of the subjects. Regards.

Write CAT examination in your 5th year. Usually, the CAT cutoff for General category for most of the IIMS is 90+ percentile. To get shortlisted for the selection rounds, candidates need to meet the CAT cutoff criterion. The shortlisted candidates are called for the selection rounds which usually include a Writing Ability Test (What), Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD). Apart from this, some other parameters are also considered such as Work Experience, Past Academic Records, Diversity, etc. To prepare the final merit list for admissions. However, IIM Ahmedabad is the topmost B-School in India. The IIM Ahmedabad cutoff should be really high but the institute has reduced its CAT cutoff for the admission process in the last few years. The cutoff for CAT was over 90 percentile during the academic year 2016-17. Later, it was reduced to 80 percentile for General candidates from the academic year 2017-19.
