There are a few colleges competing for best in Jaipur. I would suggest you to go for UEM, Jaipur and for this refer the following link:

Hi,
IIMs are government colleges that are managed on a nation scale for admission and these institutions offer high quality education and experience with a good placement.

You will have to score more than 99.6% to get admission in IIMs. IIM-A is a top choice for management and it is not easy to get. So better aim for the highest possible marks.

Your marks are fair but you would still need to score 99.4%+ in order to secure a call from IIM.

For IIMB, percentile around 95-100 would be enough, but it depends on various other factors which changes every year.

Admission in IIMB depends on whether you have received a call. If you don't receive a call, you can't get admission in IIMB.

There is no specialisation as such. One can take electives as per choice and become a specialist in that field.

Hi Gaurav,
Before suggesting anything, it's important to know your graduation stream. If it's a non engineering steam, then you can secure admission in IIMs because with a very high CAT score and the marks of academic diversity, your low academic scores can be compensated.
However, if you are from engineering background, then you might face difficulties. In that case you should aim for other A league colleges like FMS, SIBM etc. which either don't consider past records or take minimal weightage for them.
