Yes, you can get into IIMs. However old IIMs are going to be difficult, you can definitely aim for new and baby IIMs.
You need to score high in CAT.
You should also sit for other exams like IIFT XAT SNAP etc.

Career launcher has an awesome test series with most of the mocks having similar difficulty with respect to CAT. The faculty members are always available for clearing the doubts. The mock analysis always helped me to monitor my performance in many respects. I am thankful to CL for guidance in my preparation.

Hi, If you are applying for full-time residential executive PGPM programs across different Iims then you must have 3 or more than 3 years of experience with a CAT/GMAT/GRE qualified scorecard. The scorecard and experience criteria do vary from one institute to another institute. Do check their official site for more details. Normally the admission cycle starts from July onwards and goes up to December/January depending on the institute. All full-time residential programs do also offer career placement assistance. It's good that you have started preparing for the CAT exam. In any case, a regular MBA is far better than any kind of Weekend Executive programme. Considering your 3 years of work Experience, it would be better if you pursue a 2-year regular MBA programme. Anyways MBA is like once in a lifetime opportunity.
