Yes, bank will definitely finance the loan. There is generally no issue wrt loans.

Sorry to say with no false hopes there are no chances to even qualify for IIM C because for the admission into IIM you need to be good in all areas. Your academics are not that good to get IIM. You can try for other institutions.

You may ask to the various reputed book shops who provides question banks for these types of exams or you may look online. Apart from this, the entrance exam of radio and television journalism is conducted in 2 phases by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. It is highly improbable to get into IIMS with 84 percentile. Going by the usual cut off trends of the IIMS, it has really high competition and hence, cutoff. The intake is generally for 95+ CAT scores. So, for general category, it's really difficult. However, you can try for other colleges which are equally good.
