Hi,
No, clearing the minimum criteria doesn't guarantee a call. It depends on one's overall profile, 10th, 12th marks, work experience, etc.

There are a number of courses so obviously the criteria are different for each course, so which course are you talking about exactly? One more thing I would like to tell you as your expert adviser is that, getting admission with 56% might be possible but sustaining is very difficult and getting a good job would be very difficult if your percentage, continues to deteriorate like this. I am not trying to discourage, but please work hard.
All the best for your future endeavors!

No, you are not eligible for IIM, because of your low marks in class 10th and class 12th.

As in eligibility, it's mentioned that final year students can also apply. In that way, you can apply. Till then, your back logs will be cleared and then mark sheet will not be required.

Technically, an intern is still a student working towards a degree. So, apart from working full-time in the articleship there are also academic obligations and exams to take care of. Some schools like ISB are pretty clear about the fact that articleship experience is not counted as work experience.

Yes, you are eligible, given that you have scored a minimum of 50% in your UG (45% in case of the reserved class).
