Most of the MBA programs offered by the Indian Institutes of Management (Iims) and XLRI, work experience is not mandatory, but it is highly desirable. Candidates with work experience are preferred as they bring a diverse range of perspectives and valuable insights into the classroom. I would like to inform you that IIM Calcutta doesn't offer BBA. Instead of it they offer 'Post Graduation Diploma in Management (PGDM). Talking about fees their are very high. For removing those high expenses you can some good things like Schlorship, Part Time Jobs, etc.

To be eligible for the CAT exam and MBA programme from an IIM, candidates must meet the minimum academic eligibility criteria, which typically requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA from a recognised university. Since you have completed your M.Com which is a postgraduate degree, it is not clear if you have completed your Bachelor's degree or not. If you are not appearing for the CAT exam, there are still a few options available for pursuing an MBA or PGDM programme from an IIM:
Other Entrance Exams: Some Iims accept scores from other management entrance exams such as XAT MAT GMAT or CMAT. To be eligible for admission to Iims, you need to meet the minimum academic eligibility criteria, which typically requires candidates to have at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA in their undergraduate degree from a recognised university. Job Opportunities after IGNOU MBA
Such candidates can apply for government jobs in banks, railways, airports, PSUs, etc. Apart from this, candidates can also look for private jobs in sectors such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Risk Management, and so on. But, I would advise you to go for regular MBA.
