If you are sincere, serious and honest in your preparation - then 3 months preparation is enough. Otherwise 1 year of preparation should help.

You need a decent grip over Maths to clear IPMAT. Also, there are courses on calculus, statistics and linear algebra, which require a good command over basic math. Thus, students with non-math background face a little difficulty in IPM. All the best.

There are many books available on online stores for IPMAT preparation. However, I feel a good command over English, and enough Maths practice seals your place at IPM.
All the Best.

A total of 125 students were inducted for the IPM programme in the academic year 2018. However, after introducing the EWS quota/Scheme, the seats are expected to be increased. The total fee for the 5-year course was around INR. 30 Lacs. Regarding placements and detailed information, I would suggest you visit the official IIMI website, where every such information is available. Thanks and Best.

This is a common misconception about IPM among students and parents. IPM is not a BBA+MBA programme, but it is a BA (Foundations in Management) + MBA programme. Regarding the student loans, we have an SBI branch in the campus itself, where you can check out the details regarding loans for IPM programme. (Some students are availing for a full 5-year duration.)

Since IPMAT is a CBT based tests now, the various papers that are available on the web are memory based. Either the institute or authorities don't publish the exam papers. However, you can refer to the sample papers available on the official IIMI website, which would give you a precise idea about the exam pattern.
