No, since the minimum eligibility criteria is 60% for class 10th, you aren't eligible to apply for the IPM course.

The five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) was a Diploma course earlier but now, it is a degree course, with the IIM Act coming into force from 2018.

IIM, Indore conducts its exam in two-phase the first one is the online examination and the personal interview like that it would be conducting the same in 2019 too.

Honestly, your 10th grade is something which is unnecessary here. You need to get through the entrance exam and for that, you must have very good vocational skills and must be good at mathematics. Also, get yourself updated with current affairs and also have a good general knowledge.
