Famous ranking bodies like QS, Financial Times, and others have featured IIM Lucknow in their list of top 250 colleges. The QS has ranked IIM 201-250 under the WUR Ranking By Subject category and 251-300 under the WUR Ranking By Subject for 2022. The ranking body has also ranked IIM Lucknow 121-130 under the World University Rankings - Masters In Management category for 2023.

IIM Lucknow NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) Ranking for 2022 and 2023 is six under the Management category. IIM Lucknow rank for 2021 is seven under the Management category. IIM Lucknow ranking NIRF is good and is given based on criteria like Sanctioned (Approved) Intake, Placement and higher Studies, Faculty Details, and others.

IIM Lucknow QS ranking for 2023 is 201-250 under the QS WUR Ranking By Subject category. Internationally it is one of the top-ranked colleges all over the world. This shows that international interest in Indian colleges over time has increased and people are now getting interested in Indian Education.

No, it is not mandatory to stay in hostel for IIM Lucknow students. However, it is always convinent to stay close to the campus. Students can reach the campus as and when required in short-time. The institute provides air-conditioned hostel for both boys and girls. The hostels have basic amenities such as waster purifiers, common room, recreation room, etc. for students.
