Admission to PGPHRM programme of IIM Ranchi will be based on the performance of candidates in the CAT 2020, Personal Interview & Written Ability Test (PI & WAT) and also on their profile. The PI & WAT process will be conducted by IIM Ranchi. The overall CAT cutoff of IIM Ranchi for general candidates is 94. Hence, your chances for getting a call are very less.

Hello Manish
The overall cut-off for MDI for 2017 admissions was around 95% (please note that this is just the cut-off for shortlisting to GDPIWAT round) but you have to really perform well in the GDPIWAT round in that case.

Candidates with a great CAT score (95+ percentile) and excellent performance in the interview rounds can get admission in an institute like IIM Trichy. The level of difficulty entirely lies in the number of efforts taken to prepare for the exam and interviews. Interested candidates can apply by visting the offcial website. Also, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for IIM Trichy admissions.

Both are equally good, but you can still specialise in energy domain with the HR skill. Added advantage being, you will know both about energy and HR.
